Her influence comes from famous writers Leonard Cohen and Bob Dylan in addition to her attraction to Bjork's style. Her mother encouraged her to perform her music publicly, not to become famous but rather help others realize how important that they are, and the impact they can contribute to the world. Her first piano lessons began at the age of six, and began composed music by the age of nine. The family did not know about this until she was 14. Aurora wasn't a childhood dream.
